In 1859 Charles Dickens wrote the famous book “A Tale of Two Cities”, which would become one of the best-selling novels of all time and will be produced in several film and theatre adaptations. It’s a historical novel that is set in late 18th century London and Paris, just before and during the French Revolution. But what does this have to do with Real Estate? What’s the connection with London and Paris, isn’t Artemis based in Barcelona?

What on earth is an investment bank doing buying houses to manage them and rent them out? Why don’t they just give mortgages to people to buy houses?
