Dear friends,

At Artemis Assets we are big fans of the philosopher Plato and one of our favourite quotes is the following:

The beginning seems to be more than half of the whole
(Laws 6.753e - ἀρχὴ γὰρ λέγεται μὲν ἥμισυ παντὸς ἐν ταῖς παροιμίαις ἔργου).

While Plato did not have real investments in mind when he wrote that, we recognize that when we are embarking on a new project, we are all faced with a very difficult question. Where do I start?

Starting a real estate project is never easy, even for experienced investors, especially given that Spain is a foreign country for most of us. We have built Artemis Assets with the objective to make the life of investors easier, from the beginning of the investment process all the way until execution (and beyond!). We have to do research on different cities, neighborhoods, and streets, we have to make assumptions for our investment return calculations, most of the times we have to open a bank account and obtain a mortgage, we have to study the laws around buying and renting, we have to understand the tax framework, and last but not least we have to manage the operation of our real estate investment. At Artemis we can do all the above and you can trust us that we will do it as if it was our own investment.

We have prepared a presentation for you to illustrate all the key points around the process of buying a property in Spain. We have attached the slides and you can also find the link here. Feel free to share it with anyone you know who might be interested to hear about Artemis and how we can help investors to achieve financial freedom.

Lastly, as we are expanding our offering to wealth managers and professional investors, if you know someone in that space who is interested to work for Artemis or with Artemis, we would be glad to hear from them.

Until the next one!
